Our Mission

Our Mission is to provide Leadership Education and Mentors to ALL Young Women regardless of race, religion, geographical location or economic status.

We Do This By:

  • Offering Seminars led by Foundation chosen Mentors via the World Wide Web.
  • Offering Young Women access to Free E-Learning Educational Courses referencing Leadership in the Workplace that have led top Scandinavian Companies to multi-million dollar success.
  • Promoting Importance of Community Among Young Women Internationally by Providing Discussion Boards where young can exchange success, failure, new development & research all monitored by Foundation Mentors.
  • Providing Free Downloads of Foundation published books to limit the cost typically accrued in Educational Facilities.
  • Creating an Alliance with Large Corporations the Honor the Value a Woman Brings to a Workplace, creating employment positions, intern programs and scholarships for select Foundation educated women worldwide.
