If you or someone you know has a passion for volunteering in a rewarding line of work where you will be assisting in creating a new generation of young women who will be empowered through education, financial training, positive body awareness and business development please contact us via email describing your skill set and how you feel you would best serve our organization.

Some positions will require application standards to be met while others will simply be signing up to be notified of upcoming events for possible volunteer opportunities. Administrative, IT support, and Event Planning is needed in the following countries:

“Dollar Campaign” In Honor of Karen Blixen

Karen Blixen, aka Isak Dinesen

Karen Blixen, who wrote under the pen name of Isak Dinesen, became famous for writing the book “Out of Africa” to later become a successful movie loved by people worldwide. She wrote under a man’s name to be considered a respected author when women were not receiving much literary praise for their writings. Even beyond this, we feel Karen Blixen was a woman to be remembered. She lived a life full of courage, not unlike the life that we want to encourage young women to pursue today.

The Danish writer also created the Rungstedlund Foundation (Denmark) in 1958 on her land and on a Danish radio broadcast on the 6th of July 1958, Karen Blixen asked all listeners to contribute £ 1 to the Rungstedlund foundation, to enable it to continue as a place of culture and a bird sanctuary for everyone’s enjoyment. As a result 85,000 kroner was collected!

We have dedicated our soon to be released book “The Secret DNA of Female Courage” to the Danish author Karen Blixen, because she was a brave and admirable woman who dared to stand up to others expectations and do things her own way. We will follow in her footsteps and make a contribution of our literary works that can inspire women all over the world.
